1. What are your tumblers made of?
Our tumblers are made from top-notch, food-safe stainless steel with a durable, BPA-free finish. They’re ready for your coffee, tea, or iced latte adventures!
2. Can I wash my tumbler in the dishwasher?
We love dishwashers… but your tumbler loves a gentle hand-wash more! This keeps the colors bright and the designs looking fabulous.
3. Can I get a custom tumbler?
Absolutely! Names, colors, patterns, or quirky designs—you dream it, we craft it. Check out our Custom Orders page to start creating your masterpiece.
4. How long until my tumbler arrives?
Standard orders usually ship in 3–5 business days, while custom creations may take 7–10 business days (good things take time!).
5. Can I return or exchange my tumbler?
Because each tumbler is handmade with love, custom tumblers can’t be returned. But if something isn’t right with a standard item, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll fix it!
6. Are your tumblers insulated?
Yep! Hot drinks stay cozy for up to 12 hours, and cold drinks stay chill for up to 12 hours—perfect for every adventure.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to send tumblers worldwide soon— keep your fingers crossed!
8. How do I keep my tumbler looking amazing?
- Hand wash with love (soft sponge recommended!)
- Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
- Keep out of the microwave
- Enjoy every sip!
